For agencies that work with clinics

Your clients sell subscriptions. You sell the platform.

Clinics, studios and practices start selling membership plans to their own customers — and you are the one who gives them the platform to do it, with your logo, your name and your domain on it. You decide what to charge for that, and you keep all of it.

What is in it for your agency

You already have the clients. This is another reason for them to pay you every month.

Most of what an agency sells has to be re-sold — the next campaign, the next project, the next quarter. This does not. It gets set up once and it bills every month, for them and for you.

A new line of recurring revenue

You charge your clients a monthly fee for the platform. You set the price, you invoice it, and every cent of it is yours — dok takes no share of what you charge. Ten clients on a plan is ten recurring invoices you were not sending last month.

Clients who have a reason to stay

A campaign ends. A platform does not. Once a client's recurring revenue runs through something you set up and support, leaving your agency means leaving that behind — and they can see exactly what it is worth to them.

An easier first yes

“Let me set up a membership plan for you” is a smaller ask than a retainer, and it pays your client back in their own numbers. Get in on something that works, then sell the rest of what you do.

The arithmetic is yours to set.

dok does not tell you what to charge and does not take a share of it. The shape of it looks like this — every number in it is one you choose.

10
clients you already work with
€100
a month — your price, not ours
€1,000
a month, recurring, on top

An illustration of how the model works, not a projection or a promise. What you charge, how many of your clients take it and what they are willing to pay is entirely between you and them. dok neither collects that money nor takes a share of it — the only thing dok charges is 3.5% of the payments your clients actually process.

What you are selling them

Your client stops selling one appointment at a time.

A clinic that sells plans is not chasing next month’s bookings. It already knows what next month looks like — and that is a much easier thing for you to walk in and offer than another campaign.

Revenue they can count on

Predictable income every month instead of waiting to see who walks in. They know what next month looks like before it starts.

Customers who come back

A member has a standing reason to return. The relationship keeps going instead of ending at the counter.

More value per customer

A customer on a plan spends more over time than a one-off customer. It lifts the value of the people they already have.

Payments that take care of themselves

Charges come off the card on schedule and the money settles into their own bank account. No chasing, no reminders, no invoicing by hand.

Fewer empty slots

People who have already paid for something turn up for it. Fewer no-shows and fewer gaps between visits.

A store, ready to share

A page with their branding, live in minutes, that they share by link or QR code. Their customers buy without creating an account or a password.

The membership effect

The numbers you will be quoting in the pitch.

Subscription platforms around the world keep measuring the same pattern: once a customer joins a plan, they spend more, they come back more often, and they stay. It is the argument that sells this to your client, so here it is with the source attached.

White label

Your brand on it — and exactly how far that goes.

Everywhere your client manages their business, they see you. There are places where they do not, and those are deliberate. You should know which is which before you put your name on this, not after.

Yours

  • Your logo and your name across the whole panel your clients work in every day.
  • Your logo and your name on the emails dok sends them — invitations, receipts, alerts, reminders.
  • Your own domain: your clients sign in at app.youragency.com, and the links inside their emails point there too.
  • No invoice from us, no support ticket to us, no contract with us. That relationship is yours.

Stays ours, on purpose

  • The public store their customers buy from carries the CLIENT's brand, not yours and not ours — their customers are buying from them.
  • That store lives at dokplatform.com/theirname. Custom domains cover the panel, not the storefront.
  • Emails go out from dok's infrastructure with your name on them; the sending address stays ours.
  • Password-reset emails stay dok-branded — the person resetting may manage clinics for more than one agency, so they cannot carry just yours.
  • A discreet “Powered by dok” stays on the store, the emails and the panel.
  • Panel colours are fixed. The white label is your logo and your name — it is not a theme editor.
What your client logs into

This screen is where your logo lives.

Your client opens this every day to see their recurring revenue, their members and their payments. You get the view above it — every client in your portfolio, what each of them is billing, what needs attention, and what you are charging them. And you can open any client’s account with one click, without asking anyone for a password.

How it works

From a conversation to your first client selling, in an afternoon.

01

We talk first

dok is invitation only. We go through your client portfolio together and make sure this actually fits before anything gets set up.

02

You set up your brand

Upload your logo, set your name, point your domain. Minutes of work, and from then on it is what your clients see.

03

You open your clients' accounts

You create a business account for each client yourself, and invite them in. You never wait on us to add someone.

04

They sell, you invoice

They build their plans and share their store. You invoice them your monthly fee, and dok takes 3.5% of what they actually process.

Pricing

You pay nothing to run this.

No fee to join, no fee per client, no monthly minimum. dok earns only when your clients earn — 3.5% of each payment they process, taken from that payment, never from what you charge them.

€0

€0
per client, per month
3.5%

What you charge your clients is a separate number. It is yours, dok never sees a cent of it, and you can track it per client in your own dashboard.

Questions agencies ask

What do I charge my clients?+

Whatever you decide. dok has no say in it and takes no share of it. What you are charging for is the setup, the plan design, and being the one they call when they need something — the platform is how it gets delivered. You can record the monthly fee and any setup fee per client in your dashboard, so your own recurring revenue is a number you can see rather than one you keep in a spreadsheet.

Who actually pays the 3.5%?+

It comes off each payment your client processes, so it never touches the fee you charge them. If one of their customers pays €100, dok's share is €3.50 and the rest settles into your client's own bank account. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee, for you or for them.

Do my clients know dok exists?+

They see a panel with your logo and your name on it, and a small “Powered by dok” — the same way most software you use is built on infrastructure you can name. They never get an invoice from us, they never open a support ticket with us, and they have no contract with us. One exception worth knowing: password-reset emails stay dok-branded, because the person receiving one may manage clinics for more than one agency.

Can I try it before I put my name on it?+

Yes, and we would rather you did. Everything runs in test mode first: you build a plan, buy it with a test card, and watch the payment, the receipt and the customer area work end to end before a single real client sees it.

What happens if a client leaves my agency?+

The business account belongs to the client — their customers, their plans and their revenue go with them, because taking those hostage is not a business model. What ends is your relationship: your branding comes off their panel and their emails the moment you stop being their agency.

Which countries and languages?+

We are opening the euro markets first — Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy and the rest of the corridor — and the UK and the United States follow once those are running. The panel, the stores, the checkout and the emails are already fully translated into English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, German and Italian, and each of your clients picks their own.

How much of this do I have to build?+

None of it. There is nothing to install, nothing to host and no integration to write. If you can upload a logo and add a DNS record, you have done the technical part.

Let’s look at your client list together.

Tell us how many clients you work with and what you do for them. If it fits, we set your agency up and walk the first client through it with you.
